During Ritchie’s early years the company primarily deployed an Industrial Engineering based approach to establish work standards and implement Shop Floor Control and Measurement Systems.  This service provided the client with a more formal and effective Operating System resulting in financial savings.  From there the services evolved to include the system design and implementation for Labor Management, Process Variation and Control, Maintenance Management, etc.  As the years passed and the needs changed Ritchie’s services continued to evolve.
